There’s no question many Americans are aware of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD or ADD). However, most people associate ADHD with children who are impulsive or hyperactive or have difficulty focusing at school. But, did you know adults can have attention- deficit hyperactivity disorder as well? Recent stats show that approximately 4-5 percent of Americans adults have ADD / ADHD. The trouble is that less than two-thirds of adult ADD / ADHD cases are diagnosed, and even more go untreated.
